I have held home insurance through this company for 6 years. Through this time I have had two major issues with my house, neither of which was covered under insurance. While I understand that claims get denied the poor service and lack of support made the experience much worse. In addition, I recently discovered when shopping for alternatives that I was able to get coverage that served my needs for *less than half the cost* from a different provider. When I informed my broker that I was switching I received a passive aggressive email outlining things I should have done, rather than inquiring how they could have kept my business or just politely parting ways. Working with this company was an error. I highly recommend that if you are looking for fair prices or good service you look elsewhere.

Avoided this review for as long as I could but at this point I have to. They don't know how to properly calculate PST and when I explained they were making an error they argued with me. I was forced to pay on behalf of a client so they didn't have to sit there waiting for hours while the correct amount was sorted out. After they realized I was correct the entire time they apologized but informed me that the refund wouldn't not be processed for 6 months. Finding that unacceptable I tried to sort out another solution only to have them continually not get back to me and ignore my emails this is going on 3 weeks now. I can only imagine how many other people they overcharged who have no idea. I'd go elsewhere if possible.

Hit n miss. The first time we went here a month ago, service was great. Then visited on the labor day holiday and it took over an hour to do a simple vehicle transfer. The old guy, although very methodical was slower than molasses. We likely choose a different location moving forward. Ms. Fancy Google Reviewer Level 7

Great service and a good selection of different policy options. Their commercial team worked quickly to get me a new plan for my business.
