I was at another insurance agency and was ignored in their office so I drove until I saw a sign that said “insurance”. I walked into Western Financial and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by a lovely gentleman who escorted me to see Shanell Toma. Wow! I have never had such fantastic service from an insurance broker. She helped me find the best rate and has walked me through the process every step of the way. I would never hesitate to recommend Shanell and her team. This will be my new go to brokerage!!

Dealt with Lorrie, she was fantastic. Very friendly. She missed a few things, but she is learning and had someone with her for help. Great job, very quick and pleasant experience.

I needed a fast insurance quote and policy in place to close on a new house. Jillian was fantastic - really quick, responsive and friendly. She had everything set up within hours for me.

Went to this location at 9:20 am. The doors were locked, people laughing and talking at the counter. The sign on the door says open at 8:30am. Rang the bell, knocked on the door and no one would answer. Most definitely the worst experience at a insurance agency. When I called them to let them know their doors were locked the number took me to a customer service agency not even based in our town. She didn't seem to care, just said they must be short staffed.

I never went in to this location before till Patti started working there. It was a pleasant experience. You get one on one help with your insurance advisor. And you even get to sit down with them and arent rushed. They sell insurance and investments.
