Jaya was super friendly and efficient at reviewing my policy. She had it completed and sent to me within minutes of speaking :) Thank you I couldn’t have asked for an easier renewal. Great work Westland team.

Will not return phone calls. Went with a different company 3 years ago because Westland would not return calls or answer emails. 3 years later nothing has changed. I do not recommend Westland based on customer service. Update 1 week later. The manager emailed me and apologized and gave me his email address and told me to contact him direct. I did and over one week later have not received a reply. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Shanell Toma went above and beyond to help us get a special event license for our soccer association. She followed up with the underwriter when they weren't getting back to her, and she made sure we were fully covered for our event. Adam Price helped relay the information so we could bind the policy.
