Came in just before close, and the service from Dean was amazing!! I was with some people from Terrace who needed insurance that night to get home after a new car purchase. Not only did the business stay open past close to accommodate, he was patient and excellent at explaining the insurance information to the two elders. Made their night! Thank you Dean for the excellent experience!
Dealt with them for 20 years and last years renewal I didn't get my poilicy copies or my preauthorized debit schedule. Phone to ask for them to be sent and a month later had to ask again. Sent an emailed letter stating to stop acting on our behalf and surprise surprise got a renewal package last week and the insurer took money out of our account. I contacted the insurer directly with the email I sent 6 months prior and got a prompt cancellation and refund. I asked AC&D manager for a written apology and, just like my letter, have been ignored.
I went in the office in Prince Rupert with my mom. She was concerned how she may be treated. When we walked in 2 agents and manager Dean ran to the back for a quick huddle. The manager Dean, don't know his last name. Had approached us, with hands on his hips (confrontational stance, aggressive stance) being native he figured we would bow to his aggression. So what happened, when Dean started to get aggressive. I had comment that according to group the governs them, he can not deny insurance. He says I can do whatever I want. And the then snaps insurances papers back to mom and says " go elsewhere" and he called mall security. She did and a lot cheaper. I did get a call from Deans supervisor Kelly RE: said issue. He questions me on what happened, we had discussed what had transpired. Then he mentions an issue what had happened with previous manager between myself and her ,several years earlier, I had lodged a complaint to the governmental regulators due to her divulging information RE: moms account. Kelly was questioning previous issue RE: complaint. Albeit, it took me a long time to connect with him. No matter which office I had called for AC and D. To find a person I can lodge a formal complaint .Kelly had told me to stop contacting various offices to get a hold of him. So in short, it's my believe Kelly knows the issue in Prince Rupert. Refuses to act upon it, perhaps because Dean prevents claims. Due to him being arrogant and talking down to clients which is condon by the Head Office of AC and D
These guys really go above and beyond to find me the best setup for my business and home insurance needs. It's always awesome to deal with them. If you want a friendly and professional al service, they are the guys to go to.
horrible customer service, tried kicking me out before they were closing apparently because she couldn’t be in the store by herself. this was 30-40 minutes before the store was suppose to shut down. she was giving attitude because i came in 45 mins before they were closing and they were hoping to close by 430 instead of 5. she was inconsistent with her knowledge, giving me mixed answers but in the end; she definitely did not co operate or make anything easy. i’m specifically talking about anne. there was a previous lady who was much easier to work with but i haven’t seen her this year.
