HUB International 855 Rita Rd #700

I have only tried to do business with HUB three times. Every time I have signed paper work, and finished whatever business it was, I would get a call back shortly afterwards telling me they made a mistake, and would have to waste more of my time. I have had two policies fully refunded that were sold to me in error because the staff was either not paying attention, or simply incompetent. One time where they had to mail me a check, even tho they had just taken the money out of my account less than five minutes before hand. I have yet to have a positive experience, and only one experience with them where it didn't end in them refunding me money for their mistakes.

Always a great experience. Doing business with HUB for some years now. You can renew even over the phone and they're always going the extra mile to make sure you're getting the best deal.

Don't waste your time. These people do NOT care about there client's best interest. It took more than three weeks to get a quote back! My advice, go see Sandra at AC&D Insurance! She had me setup the same day without a ridiculous premium to pay!

The people are great...the lack of staff. Sitting here for an hour on a Sat to renew my insurance is jusy silly. 2 people working lineup out the door
