Big fan of the service I have received from Nav at Stratis Insurance. She is always on top of communicating to me by both phone and email to make sure I get my auto insurance renewed on time. I appreciate the helpfulness and thoroughness she provides in her customer service approach. Since this only really comes along once a year, it's low on my list of priorities so I really appreciate the help to make it SIMPLE and EASY - that's what she does!

I dealt with Shine at Stratis. Super nice, very professional and took care of me well. She contacted me a month before my insurance expired and she made it easy for me. So much so that as my other vehicles come up for renewal I've already told Shine that it will be her taking care of all of them. Excellent customer service !
