No better or worse than any other Autoplan dealer. Constantly trying to upsell. Basically data entry clerks who can't offer explanation for the year over year rate changes...basically deferring to ICBC. Doing the least amount of work for their commission. Frankly, the entire auto insurance industry in BC is ridiculous.
