They were extremely helpful and definitely went above and beyond!
This was my preferred insurance broker but they sloppily handled a roadside ticket I paid for and several months later when I went to renew my insurance they made me pay the exact same ticket again despite my insistence that i had already paid it, and that i paid it at their own office. I had to spend way to much time and effort into fixing a problem they caused and now I am out money I have already paid while i wait for ICBC to issue me a refund. Will no longer be using this broker.
