Came here to update insurance from Indian License to Learners License. Amy even went overtime, and spent extra 1 hour to make sure, all our insurance updation questions were answered, Great Customer Service!!!!

IGNORANT DISHONEST UNPROFFESIONAL would do a negative star at this point firstly they do not listen to the customer at all they will speak over you and flat out ignore and lie to you called them up to add collision and comprehensive coverage to my plan and pay the renewal at the same time they did not listen to me and only added the coverage to the plan after the renewal. told me on the phone ( i double checked asking so i have collision now correct?) that i had coverage now which was important to me because my financer told me it was contractual i had to have it a few weeks later yogi bear is having a picnic in the middle of the road on a curvy road and i ended up in a 10 ft ditch trying to avoid him. call up icbc and guess what no coverage the staff claimed i never asked for it to be put on my current policy that still had a month left on in and refused to give me the managers number finally get the managers contact Amrit Sidhu who admits to their mistake and claims to be working with another manager to get icbc to back date tells me icbc is refusing theres nothing they can do icbc to date has 0 record of them even contacting them at all they wasted time and ran out the clock until my new policy started and said theres nothing they can do about it and now i have to go through icbc to get the tow yard to release my plates so i can cancel the plan and get my money back since im effectively insuring a paperweight thats locked in a tow yard racking up more and more money every day while my policy depreciates in value every day cant get to work cant take my dog anywhere have effectively lost my independence do to their mistake which in my opinion was just being lazy and ignorant

Two years ago I needed a new insurance agent. I was referred to S & S Insurance. I had the pleasure of meeting Amrit Sidhu. He was very helpful and patient and explained everything. I received excellent service from Amrit Sidhu and S & S Insurance.

Multiple poor experiences with this broker. Used to go here out of convenience but it’s less of a head ache driving out for better service. My latest trip here I wanted to cancel temporary auto insurance that was NOT active yet and I specified that it wasn’t. The insurance agent told me it doesn’t matter and you can’t cancel temporary insurance. A quick call to another ICBC broker told me it was possible and had it done in less than 5 minutes.

Good staff, easy insurance buying experience. They went the extra mile to see if there was any extra discounts for me. Loved it.
