Two different staff gave me two different answers on cancelling insurance, the second one didn’t even know that emails were sent on wifi from her computer and had a panic attack filling out forms and had to leave and get the manager to do it. I’ll try a third time next week and see who i get. The staff definitely needs some education and guidance on items that aren’t the basics. Don’t try calling and leaving a message it takes a week for someone to call back.

I wouldn’t recommend these crooks to my worst enemy. I canceled my insurance the girl said everything was good nothing was owed and I’d receive a cheque back for 200 dollars. They then tried to pull the payment out of my account after cancellation which resulted in nsf charges I emailed them confused they then came back and told me that was a mistake you actually owe 307 dollars for canceling your insurance. My insurance was up in 2 months it would’ve been cheaper for me to let my insurance run out then canceling it. These guys are the biggest crooks I wouldn’t insure a thing through this insurance company you’ll end up owing them money. I am completely appalled at there services!
