Brandie K was amazing! She went above and beyond, was very knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to be around. Her attention to detail really put me at ease. She helped me find the very best deal that worked for me. I would recommend her and Western Coast to anyone who has insurence needs. I’m even from out of town and that didn’t make a difference. Brandie K is great!

They made a mistake on my insurance, then when I came in to sign the updated documents the next day as requested they made me wait in line again to fix their mistake. Not respectful of my time and extremely frustrating for them to waste my time for their mistake.

Renewed my car insurance and Tracy was friendly and efficient. I dropped in and didn’t have to wait at all, the entire team working today was great. I’d definitely recommend this branch. A very pleasant experience, and I had been dreading it.

Sherri was amazing and very patient. With an emotional client she was so compassionate and understanding. Will definitely be seeing her again when we come back to BC in October. Thanks so much Sherri.

BE CAREFUL with this company. I would give 0 stars if I could. The employees here are incompetent. I went in to cancel my car insurance and put storage insurance on my vehicle. Instead of cancelling my car insurance they put BOTH storage insurance and car insurance on my vehicle without me knowing. I even confirmed that my insurance was cancelled with this employee that day and they said yes. I am now out over $300 and the only response I get is to reimburse my storage insurance which is approx $50. Overall worst experience I have ever had dealing with an insurance agency. This entire transaction should've been easy but due to incompetent staff members it turned into a huge loss for me. Go ANYWHERE else for insurance!.. I will be taking this complaint further and filing with the GIO.
