Since the management changed. Service standards are really bad. I have been dealing with Golden Ears for last 9 years. Usually they always ask what kind of coverage I need. How I can save money n all. Went there two times for both of my cars hoping to get better advise but rather than advising , they just wanted to process the policy. Mostly on monthly premium without telling how much it’s going to cost more. Not really impressed with new management and new people.

Sad to realize, how bad their service has become; called the office about 72 hours ago and left a message on manager’s voice mail for a call back, no reply or call back yet. Staff has poor knowledge about their products and terminology. I am not going back. No way close to the service standards of previous team specially the knowledge of Mr. Hiraji.

I have been a loyal customer to golden ears for years and since hub has bought this place, the service has gone down. Employees are disciplined in front of customers unprofessionally by management. friendly culture has disappeared and I will be taking my business somewhere else where people enjoy doing their jobs.

Unfortunately, management is shady. They are not honest about their services. I am surprised about the high star rated reviews. The atmosphere seems quite toxic, it didn’t seem like the employees were happy.
