We had a theft happen in our home. Parm mislead us about the length to file the claim. The company denied our claim due to filing too late. After years of paying for this house insurance policy - I will ever use them again. And make sure none of my family or friends uses this service. No response or help from Parm. Super unprofessional service and no taking of responsibility.

With the new plates not having a date decel on the back, I expected someone from Murrick Insurance to call me to renew my car insurance. I drove for 5 months without insurance on my car before my wife got pulled over at 2 am for no insurance. After speaking to my Agent Karan he basically told me that it's not their responsibility. The manager called me and basically told me the same thing. Saying " well you didn't pay icbc for 5 months, so just pay the $600 fine ". The manager also told me that I'm on his "text" list which I never got.
