Very rude, not helpful at all, talked so disrespectfully. Went to renew the insurance and I gave him the driver's license. He asked for my phone number that I provided but he needed to verify the old phone number before renewing the license. He would not renew and said he didnt believe if I was the true owner.

Awesome place, one stop shop, got insurance for my condo and cars here with Ashok. Always nice place to deal business and very helpful in case they thoroughly explained every option in my insurance, never upswell extra services. For the past 8 years they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, sometimes I came 5 minutes before they close and Ashok spent extra hour dealing with my stuff. Moreover during COVID times Ashok did paperwork for me and even delivered it to my doorstep. Good friendly place. Highly recommend

We had very good experience with Mr. Ashok. I felt a little uncomfortable in the beginning but later it was ok. He helped us with the paperwork .

I just phoned in and asked if there was any employment opportunity available and the person who spoke said NO very rudely. I asked his name and he said Why do you want to know my name?? I was like huh?? His name was ASHOK and he said he is the MANAGER. Message to TSN insurance- Please dont have so worst leaders, this person was extremely weird and clearly thats not how a manager should be. Update: So ASHOK called me at 4:30 tdoay after he saw the review and again spoke rudely. He is calling me from his personal number and harassing me about the review. To be very clear when i called 2 hours ago he was completely rude and. said NO without even aksing me about qualifications or if i have a license and lied about himself being a Manager. Now in the second call he said come to the office and i will give u the job and show you how to get a job..?? he said i dont know how to speak while he i clearly was only enquiring about any opportunity. Why lie at first? even in the second call he was literally threatening me that he will teach me how to get a job and will give me a job.. ASHOK you are not the manager and you have no right to. threaten me . If i get even one phone call from you again, I will phone the police. Update: This is for the owner. I have heard good reviews about your company from a client which is why I reached out to be a potential employee. I can confirm that ASHOK never asked me about my license. I want to confirm that I do have Insurance license and experience as an home and auto agent. So i don't know why I got this response. I have absolutely no personal agenda and I was only looking for potential employment service.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I had called and asked to renew my auto plan insurance over email to which they never sent me any documents. I called the next day, and they answered “hello?!?” With no introduction to knowing if it was the right business I was calling. Then they had the audacity to say “why are you calling from a Montreal number” in a condescending tone. They then hung up on me. I then called back and told them I don’t want to deal with them anymore however, they said I was stuck with renewing with them since the paper work had already gone through and they were waiting for signatures. I mentioned yet again that the whole point was I was going to sign it electronically. They then said I could sign electronically after fighting for me to come in. If I could give negative stars I would.
