I’ve been a customer of Western Coast Insurance for a few years now and every single agent I’ve had has been very knowledgeable and professional. It is no exception with my current agent Pooja now for two years. She is on top of changes in the auto and home insurance industry and makes sure I take advantage of it. I really appreciate her and the beautiful office at their new location in South Surrey-White Rock.

Yesterday late afternoon I dropped by the Semiahmoo office to discuss my car and home insurance renewals with Esha Punni. She was very courteous and knowledgeable about the items contained in both policies and areas. I got plain English explanations of several line items and the deductibles, and after some discussion Esha made the changes I requested to coverages. I am very happy with the renewed policies and grateful that Esha worked right up to closing time to be sure I was satisfied. Her follow-up call today is also much appreciated. Esha is a great asset at Western Coast and she'll go far I'm sure.

I renewed my car insurance over the phone. The receptionist confirmed my call-back number, and an agent was in touch within about 5 minutes. The conversation was pleasant but efficient and clear, and the entire process took about 40 minutes (based on the time of emails needed to give consent at the beginning of the call, and confirmation of documents at the end). I would renew by phone again, compared to doing so in person.

We have been serviced by Ms Esha and team. They are very professional and customer service also the best in the town, so far, as we used some other agent last time. We would recommend Western Coast Insurance to everyone. Highly satisfied.
