Used to be my go to, but was turned away at 1245 on a Saturday for a simple renewal because the staff wanted to stop for lunch (which is advertised as being at 1300). Obviously dont care about my business, so i have taken my 4 insurance policies elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. Long story short, these people did not do their due diligence in their clients best interest when it came to finding rates and communicating effectively. They were unable to answer why they cost nearly 3 times the amount that we are getting now (we switched this year and will never recommend their services). Poor service all around and no accountability taken. Edit: thank you "owner" for the reply to save face in the public eye, but I will not be calling (again) as it's proven to be a waste of my time. I have called and emailed multiple people who have had no real answer for me. They had no problem calling the owner of the other unit (we needed strata insurance) to clarify answers to my emails, but would not call me back with a reasonable explanation. Unprofessional and not worth a moment more of my time.

Hands down the best insurance brokers we ever dealt with. All staff are knowledgeable, courteous and provide true advice. They made us feel very welcomed and we definitely got the best insurance that exactly fit our needs.

I am so thankful for the great care and attention to detail that I was given while I was insuring and buying my new vehicle all at the same time right in the office. The insurance Agent was kind, patient and knowledgable. I have found my new insurance place and will be returning in the future.

The agent who helped me renew my insurance was very friendly and professional. I was impressed how thorough the agent was making sure I had the correct coverage. I prefer to do business with local businesses VS international corporations, i will be moving all my insurance to KIS! AND they have free parking!
