Great customer service! Had to review just because of the recent bad ones. Stacey was very helpful and renewed my drivers license in less than 10 minutes. I had also made 2 calls before I came and both the people who answered also had great customer service.

Successfully passed my knowledge test for both my class 3 & air brakes. The people here are so nice and helpful!! Big 5 stars!

Unimpressed. I took my son for his written test, we walked in because they don't book tests online at this office. We got there at 2:45pm, the office closes at 5pm. There were 2 people in front of who were taking tests. We told them why we were there, and were told that my son couldn't write his test after 3pm.... (???). We had driven from Peachland, and were not told on the phone that there's a time limit on writing tests. We had been told to just walk in. There was more than enough time for him to do the test, but we were refused.There were no signs giving notice. Very poor communication and definitely not good service. Not impressed and annoyed.

I had the displeasure of dealing with the most horrible customer service at this agency. Not only were they rude and condescending, but they also provided false information over the phone, leading to wasted time and frustration upon arrival. Stacy, in particular, seemed to take pleasure in belittling every question asked, leaving me feeling utterly dismissed and disrespected. Save yourself the headache and avoid this agency at all costs; they clearly have no interest in assisting customers or providing accurate information.

Horrible service. On multiple occasions providing different information on required documents for applications. Not helpful in saving money on your insurance but rather the opposite and trying to screw you over.
