Go here for a terrible experience where the Russian lady will literally kick you out of your required service takes too long and she has quicker, easier job customers waiting. We arrived at 6:30 pm to do a vehicle transfer and registration. There were two customers that came after us, waiting. The woman repeatedly tried to get rid of us because she knew our job would take up the rest of the day (they close at 7) thereby costing her the business of two other easier and faster customers (2 quick jobs = more $$$ than one slow job). Twice, she straight up told us our job was taking too long and to ‘go to Persia up the road’ She was also racist to my Indian wife. This place treats customers like cattle.

Convenient location for residents in Little Italy. Fast, effective handling of ICBC auto insurance, renewals, temporary permits, and vehicle buy/sell paperwork. Bonus points for allowing our dog to come in while doing business. Thank you, Metropolitan! We will be back same time next year.

The owner of this branch, is hard work. Refuses to help with any icbc services that doesn't involve you using his insurance. Do not go here. Terrible terrible service, why I chose to go back was beyond me.

We visited this location to change our car insurance policy. The moment we walked, we noticed there were two workers both of them seemed misarsable from the moment we walked in. The gentlemen that "helped us" was quite unfriendly throughout the interaction and eager to end the interaction. Based on our experience with this brokerage we will not be returning. I would not recommend visiting Metropolitan insurance services.
