The office of this campaign is located at Polson Park Mall. The campaign closing time is 17:00. I arrived at their place to register an imported car at 16:30 and found a group of 5-7 women talking about something around one of the tables. Upon learning of the reason for my visit, I was refused service because, in their opinion, the process would take about an hour. For the first time I encountered the practice of a campaign being closed long before the designated closing time. I think one of the employees could take up work with me and subsequently receive compensation for overtime. But they recommended that I apply to another campaign. This is the only thing I can say thank you to them for.
Worst insurance I have ever been to. Tried to insure out of province vehicle and the staff including the manager were absolutely incompetent and unable to do their job. I would not recommend using this office.
Great staff and associates that are very clear as to my home insurance needs. They also mention the other coverages that they offer that I may want, or consider adding to my current policy every year that I went to re-new. I had to cancel my policy with them and go with another broker, but that was due to me having to close the deal on the purchase of my new home the same week. They were very busy and coudn't help me transfer my policy to my new home at the time. With that said, they did send me the standard information they required to start drawing up a new policy for me, but time wasn't on my side the day I called. Will try them again next year once my current policy expires.
Our agent was very helpful, considerate and understanding of our wants as well as our needs. We felt very comfortable dealing with CapriCMW and will definitely use them for all our insurance needs. A shout out to Shane Robinson tor a job well done.
We've been dealing with the polson branch for 20 years now. The staff is knowledgable, professional and friendly. We have had to make a couple home claims and they made the process as smooth and easy as possible.
