The lady was very rude. She was not happy at all to help. She said so many times that she spent 15 minutes helping us. They should be happy to help the customers because customers doesn’t know how their system works. Extremely bad service. If there was an option i would give 0 star.

AMAZING service from Sonia!! Stayed late to assist me with putting a temporary permit on my car over the phone! Give this woman a raise!!!! Also the other times im there in person i usually get helped by someone else, never had a poor experience with these kind folk

I've been here many times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Quick, professional service with awesome personalities behind the counters, and you can't ask for much more. They are also open to nine which is a major help as a majority of the time I end up selling/insuring vehicles after I'm off work! Most definitely check them out for your insurance needs.

So impressed today. I am very devastated re my young daughter in law having stage 3 cancer in hospital very ill. Very!!!! HELEN WAS AMAZING i was so rattled could not even figure out what to do. She marked all the spots she needed to sign at the hospital. Wrote everything on forms, helped me re another form and what was needed. So above and beyond . Her empathy but understanding the state I was in was truly fantastic. I could not even fill out the forms so she did. She instructed on the gift letters made awesome suggestions and just opened my heart with THANKFUL feelings. One awesome employee.

Incredibly callous, cold staff for something that should be a simple and straightforward process. Went there to get some insurance documents to scrap our car and left feeling genuinely embarrassed and sad, which, you could argue, should not happen when you're talking about routine car insurance.
