Sussex Insurance - Vernon 5001 Anderson Way

Terrible service. Been in twice now and there's always something else missing. This time the guy plain out called me stupid. That's great business etiquette, along with telling me I need to provide certain things that right on the icbc website says does not need to be done. Won't be dealing with them again

They're always helpful, and the open hours are super convenient! I often work during the days so go here after five when most other insurance spots are closed.

At Sussex insurance trying to cancel insurance. Dealing with Jackie. I went in kinda hostile they did pretty good dealing with me management did raise her voice handled me probably better then I would of . Overall 3 stare think we handled today ok . Have had great past experience so gave extra star for that. I will continue to deal with them .

I called multiple places looking for advice for my insurance, and this location was the only one willing to help. The person I dealt with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and promptly found a solution for me. I highly recommend this location!

If you are in Vernon I strongly recommend doing your insurance here. I came in with a mess of paperwork and they sorted me out way quicker than I was expecting. Very pleasant to deal with too.
