Okay... lets being honest. Getting and paying for insurance just plain sucks. But heading into Western made this experience much more pleasant. I have been in there a few times over the last few months for a variety of needs and have never felt anything but welcome and had all our needs met perfectly. Coming from Alberta where things are a bit different in regards to registration and insurance, the staff were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. All of the staff are amazing and I consider them 'my people'. Will be back for all our insurance needs. 10/10

I was just calling in to cancel my insurance at the Vernon office, and an associate Kacie was more than helpful and polite. She steered me in another direction, saved me money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Western Financial to any family member or friend in the future!

Would not recommend this company. Without authorization from us they issued an addendum to our policy which was $2300 more than our original policy. They quoted some $3300 because we live more than 13 kms from a fire hall. We did not accept it and obtained a quote elsewhere for $2200. We cancelled the original policy which we paid an amount of approx $900. It wasnt till almost three months later that i phoned becauce i did not receive a refund. We received approx $320 rather that the $700 plus that we should have received as a refund. The refund was based on the quoted amount of $3300 rather than the sctual amoint we paid. I have sent many emails but no reply to any of the latest emails
