Auto renewals tend to be a chore but, my first time at Waypoint today was the opposite. I didn’t wait long at all. Location so convenient. Pleasant, inviting office, and great staff made this a pleasant experience for my 3 year old and I. Most places aren’t toddler friendly but, we felt welcome here. Coverage reviews were simple, thorough and I never felt pressured to make changes. Thank you, Parm! See you next year!

I recently had an opportunity to investigate condo insurance options when my existing policy (from another company) came up for renewal. Several people recommended Waypoint Insurance. I dropped in to the local Waypoint office and was connected virtually with Shae Weyler who went out of her way to explain my options, the pricing, and generally assisted me with navigating the many nuances of condo insurance.
