We cannot say enough about the Team at Waypoint. We've been very happy with Harbord for years, and with the recent move to joining Waypoint, the stellar service we receive has only gotten better, which we did not know was possible. They contacted us recently to suggest a way we could save a significant amount of money, and they were right. We had no idea. Karie, and Mike, and everyone on the Team made the process so smooth and Karie had endless patience for our gaffs as we navigated the process. We are so appreciative of all their help. I just spent some time updating my insurance which was a confusing situation for me as there were a lot of different parts to be considered. With global warming, more floods, fires and the threat of earthquake due to my location, it was important to review this properly to make sure I got this right.
