Beware Our strata was taken for a ride. Paying double for our building insurance. We gave away thousands. Most likely padding the pockets of our insurer guy. I won't give the name. Told lies about the market until we did research into other companies offerings. Good luck out there

If you have a choice go somewhere else. They folks don’t know what they’re talking about and will try to sell you outrageous add ons and third party coverage with a hard sell. Thankfully I suspected they were incorrect and called ICBC to confirm.

Last year when I renewed my car insurance the agent was very adamant about an Optiom policy coverage that would insure the market value of my vehicle in case of total damage. He was very pushy and I kept refusing but he keep insisting it was a great deal at $772. I was so upset during this meeting I signed my car insurance papers believing it was only for my normal insurance coverage. Today I discovered I’ve been paying monthly instalments for this policy I most definitely recollect refusing because it was too much for me financially. I feel I was scammed and would not recommend anyone get insurance from this company. BCAA gave me the same renewal insurance yesterday for $120 less than this insurance company.
