We had an amazing experience and got multiple transactions done effectively at this branch. We would like to give Sonali a big shout out. Sonali went above and beyond for helping us get multiple documents filled out and provided very clear instructions on whose/where signatures required etc. Sonali did not only answer the questions we had but also provided extra useful information on insurance coverages and differences in coverages. We were appreciative of her positive demeanor and professionalism. We were from out of town and had limited time to sort things out, so we felt really lucky that we got Sonali’s help. I highly recommend Sonali for her excellent service.

Had the easiest, smoothest insurance renewal experience here thanks to Trevor. He was helpful, honest, and didn't push any products or Western Coast plans. Just helped me figure out what ICBC plan would work best and completed the paperwork quickly and easily. Highly recommend this location for ICBC even if you don't use Western Coast plans!

Try square deal insurance they are muck more affordable and better service.

I cannot say enough about my dealings with Western Coast Insurance. They have been amazing!!! Particularly Dhruv. I contacted them several months ago with issues I was having registering my vehicle while going through a divorce and moving from Ontario. He always contacted me promptly, would explain everything, and went above and beyond when dealing with ICBC and taking care of things for me. The office was very friendly and the staff as well, went out of their way to assist me. I cannot thank them or reccommend their services enough. I am so grateful for all of their help and for feeling taken care of and not taken advantage of. If you are in search of an amazing company, look no further!!! All the best to all of them, I will be returning for all of my Insurance services :)

Bad customer service.. Last Saturday I spoke with an agent about transfer my WC auto policy to a new vehicle…she was a trainee so a senior agent told her he would help her in 10 minutes…30 minutes later after hearing him tell his customers his life story as a steelworker I asked when he might be finished..he said he didn’t know I was waiting! Worse customer service I’ve seen in years…
