I recently renewed my car insurance online and then needed to follow up about another insurance matter and I am so impressed with the service provided by this office and particularly by my insurance advisor. Mykola promptly followed up by phone and email, often within minutes of receiving my messages. One of the issues could not be resolved in office so Mykola forwarded my email to ICBC and the matter was completely taken care of within a week, far surpassing my expectations.
