Used InsureBC for one month coverage on a rental condo (through Vancouver Extended Stay). The online process was easy. I needed more information about payment, coverage, etc. and spoke with Philip in customer support. He was informative, helpful and really went above and beyond in answering my questions. He also took care to create scheduled email notifications for me so I could stay on track. Great company, great customer service. Highly recommend.
We recently bought our Business liability insurance from Houry at InsureBC. She was great do deal with from start to finish. She worked with us on finding what policy would work best for our use case and help us every step of the way! Can't recommend them enough :)

Asked for a quote for a Replacement Cost Policy for a new vehicle. Information received from Catherine Rukin indicated the 5 year policy would cover the original cost of the vehicle ($62,000) and in future years would cover the increased MSRP for the full five years. After I purchased the policy, they sent me the actual policy. It states that the maximum payout is $60,000 and does not increase each year. Very misleading. I cancelled the policy. I will not do business with this brokerage, nor this insurance company, now or in the future
It was a very good experience that I bought two insurances for the first time from InsureBC in West view, one for my car and the other for my house. They explained me very professionally and carefully and offered me the best option very friendly. They are reliable and respectable and I am happy that I met Amir and his colleagues and I will definitely buy from these people in the future.
