Cardia was extremely nice, sweet and helpful. She explained everything to us and our newly bought car was registered and insured in no time! We definitely recommend going to her!

Worked with Cardia, the ICBC Broker, to cancel my old car’s plan and price a plan for my new car. She was very helpful, had a great and professional personality, and helped me understand how item-by-item changes to my plan (adding an L driver, deductible, etc.) would effect my monthly payment. Great experience; would highly recommend!

I've been here a few times and every time i have to sit there for half an hour just to talk to an agent. But this time it took me a solid hour before i even been acknowledged like i was invisible. Will never return.

Had a very good experience dealing with Swana to make a change to my policy. She managed to do everything over the phone and email without having to visit the office at all. Good job!

Was trying to register my vehicle here and this location kept saying I needed a specific document. After speaking with ICBC twice directly, they assured me what insureBC was asking me was not required. After a phone call with an ICBC manager, I was recommended to go to a different broker, which I did. After going to another broker, I was able to register and insure my vehicle without any issues. I don’t recommend insureBC whatsoever unless you have a cut and dry scenario. I’m giving 2 stars because the person at the location was very kind but that’s the extent of my positive interaction with them.
