Went in today with a very complicated request. The lady who helped me was so nice and patient, she explained everything and made sure I was aware of every step. Overall, I was really satisfied with customer service. They are now my usual spot for any insurance business!

Ignored any and all circumstance with regards to situation. Although they are bound by ICBC rules, ICBC worked with me to solve a problem while one employee was instead rude unhelpful. I do not recommend going here if you have a difficult situation to solve, they will not be of any help.

Talked to someone on the phone before going had great conversation. Showed up a couple days later to talk about what we discussed on phone got paired with a women upon arrival that didn’t hear a thing I said kept doing her own thing repeatedly giving common information I’m sure renewals are a breeze here BUT STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND Anything that involves questions regarding insurance or transfers

I've lived in the West End for years, and walked past Murrick Insurance in the Denman Mall hundreds of times. Today I stopped in to see if I could renew my ICBC Vehicle Insurance at their office, and I am really glad I did. The Agent, Noreen Khan pointed out how I could save hundreds of dollars, and still end up with replacement cost insurance on my vehicle for two years longer than it would have been available through ICBC. She was not only very knowledgeable and professional; but friendly, personable and just a real pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend her and Murrick Insurance Services. My Contents Insurance isn't coming due for renewal until the Spring; but I've already put a note in my calendar to pay Noreen a visit at renewal time since I'm sure she will be able to find me a better deal then I currently have.

I've purchased car insurance from Murrick twice. They were helpful, polite, professional and really pleasant to work with. Noreen helped me most recently, and she was very kind and knowledgeable. If you want a good experience, I'd say this is a good place to go.
