The staff member assisting me was very unknowledgeable. It felt like there was little effort given to actually hearing questions and when the staff member didn't know answers, she seemed completely unmotivated to find out or figure out answers. Very unpleasant experience.

Very bad experience with Hamed k , i had to wait for an hour and he was of no help i had to tell me things he can do to fix my issue, he is very slow. He helped one customer in half hour and kept talking to them in persian which was not even related to the service. Please fix this . Nobody wants to wait fr hours so u can chit chat
