i approached Ms Nakamura in May of 2024 with concerns about the rapid increase in the premiums for our recreational property in the gulf islands. She contacted the insurance company to try and negotiate a discount, this was unsuccessful through no fault of her own. in fact the insurance company terminated our coverage after 35 years of no claims. She then spoke with 10 other insurance companies in an attempt to obtain quotes, unfortunately none of those companies wished to insure the property. At this point i requested that she extend liability coverage from our residential policy to our recreational property which she promptly attended to.
