Stay away from here. It's new ownership. Paul (the most knowledgable person about ICBC insuance) has sold the company. The new folks are not as sharp and it's totally a waste of time. There's service is awful, you call for a question and they don't even know how to handle the query. I'd take my business elsewhere totally stay away from them. Paul was thales best there ever was in insurance he know the answer to everything ICBC and insurance based. Very said he sold it off, you won't receive the same great service. Now it's just money hungry owners and bas service. Allied name and business and service was superb and now it's pretty much NoName NoBrand Insurance. Useless insurance agency who sucked the books and business.

It seems the agents here lack common customer service mannerisms. Instead of asking, "How may I assist you today? " ... they instead rudely asked, "What are you doing here?!" I'm not sure if the old guy is cognitively intact to be working this job ...he randomly made a off judgemental comment ...out of no context towards me while laughing ..I felt so uncomfortable that I left immediately. I'll be looking for another auto insurance provider

Macky was so clueless that I'm a little concerned that she might have some sort of early onset dementia. I went elsewhere after trying to work with her for several days, and was immediately able to get quotes and insurance with another provider with considerably less hassle.

I called the services to check if I could come in to get my insurance renewed. The agent denied the service saying it was too late to come into the office even if my ETA was 8:40pm. The closing time though is 9pm.

Mark is your man here. He is so patient and effective in understanding your concerns & queries and in explaining them so clearly with examples (along with much humor), it's hard to deny that he takes customer service seriously. I have other Autoplan agencies near my house. But nobody (so far) has managed to explain the intricacies, rules, laws , exceptions of a car insurance plan as effectively as he does. Hence, i keep coming back to him even though his office is a bit further away from my house.
