I had really good experience with this insurance company. Sahil has been very helpful and always answered my questions. It was my first time buying car in this country and he guided me each step how to get the best insurance with all coverages.He was great with the follow-ups and always willing to help and provide the information about other policies such as travel insurance and Home insurance. I Will Definately go to him again for my parents super visa insurance. I got his number through my friend and the way he performed his task was very professional.

I thought I was in a pretty complicated situation, my car just got totalled and I am in the middle of a settlement proceeding with my insurance policy on that car set to expire. One insurance agent is telling me one thing, icbc telling me something different and all I want to do is the right thing and not get screwed in the end. Anmol my insurance agent at Allied Insurance on King George in Surrey patiently spent about 45 mins on the phone with icbc and straightened it all out. She even got me a refund on my last insurance payment, which I didn't even know I was entitled to. Thanks Anmol!

Recently I got Referred to Neha Mehta by one of my friend, Firstly I was thinking to choose auto insurance close to my home but after meeting with Neha, I realize she is exceptional in delivering her services. She worked proactively, she gave me some wonderful suggestion, after I follow that my premium went down by 60 dollar every month, so she saved me a huge amount. Zero customer service here. I was given false information by their agent about a cancellation policy and ended up losing one month of insurance payment. No assistance on the matter after that. I was treated with disrespect and pretty much kicked out with "there is nothing we can do now".
