We visited your Semiahmoo location yesterday. Devin assisted my brother and I with a 'complicated' series of transactions. The transactions included the changing of ownership and storage insurance for two vehicles. Having done identical transactions with another vehicle in the past, it was refreshing to watch Devin work. He was friendly and detail oriented. He communicated clearly. Above all else, he was extremely efficient, completing all transactions for the two vehicles faster than our previous transactions for one vehicle. Devin is a 'star' and we will return to Atwater for our ongoing insurance needs.

I’ve been a customer of Atwater Insurance for over 12 years and have always had exceptional service. For the most part the manager, Val Bridge, has looked after our insurance needs which range from home, home office, motorcycle, and vehicle (s) insurance. Val takes the time to find the right policy for us at the right price and always has answered any questions or concerns quickly. On the occasions she hasn’t been available, the staff was equally as courteous and efficient. I have recommended Atwater to many friends, family and neighbours and will continue to do so.

I have never experienced such rude service! I have been there twice and interacted with two different staff members, both were rude and unprofessional. I went the first time and received poor service by a rude employee. She made mistakes and when another employee was helping her, she was rude to her as well. It was uncomfortable to watch. I ended up having to return a few days later because she messed up. I went yesterday to ask a few questions about the policy I purchased 2 months ago and ended up walking out after 2 minutes due to shocking behavior by the so-called service agent. I went straight to Westland Insurance nearby and experienced wonderful polite staff! I would recommend going to any other agency!!

Lisa Moreau is the best Insurance Agent I have ever experienced! She handles my car and home insurance and always finds the best price and fit for my family. She is highly organized and always reminds me when I need to renew. She is so friendly and professional, that I have been with Lisa for more than 10 years now. Thank you Lisa!
