Prime Insurance has been fantastic to deal with since I moved my services to them. Kal has been my primary contact for the last several years and he has always gone above and beyond! Kal, and Prime Insurance, have always made it super simple and convenient to handle my insurance needs and I can't recommend them enough!!

I had a Japanese van registered and insured here today. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had been worried registering the vehicle may be difficult because it doesn't have a VIN but they knew exactly what to do. They are experts with import vehicles. A very nice family atmosphere. I highly recommend.

I’ve been doing business with Kul Shergill and his family for almost than 30 years. Prime insurance is a family run business and they have always been fair and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I frequently do. Car, boat, business and house insurance are all under their service umbrella and they work hard to find us the best policy available. Call Kul or Kuljit and their team the next time you need insurance you will not be disappointed.

I was serve with a younger female staff she was busy chewing gums and talking at the same time. Staff should not chew gum when serving customers. Very unprofessional.

I was with my friend and she left the building very upset and unheard. The customer service was very unprofessional. The broker that helped her was Mark and he apparently raised his voice at her and not let her explain her situation. The manager Kul was also there and didn't even de-escalate the situation and did not apologize about his broker's behavior. They even questioned her about her finances. Very intimidating and misogynistic, 10/10 do not recommend going here.
