Great service! They emailed me a renewal form that took about two minutes to fill out, I got a call back within 20 minutes on a Saturday (!!!) to confirm everything which took less than 5 minutes, received my insurance papers via email to sign right away and my insurance is good to go for another year. The ability to renew insurance without having to physically go into the branch is awesome and their reps are all very friendly and helpful.

Jordan M is a rockstar! Needed to renew my auto insurance and he came through. The whole process was like 5 minutes - I was done before I even realized it. Super awesome guy thanks for all your help Jordan!

The employee that did my renewal this year sent my documents including my BANKING INFORMATION, LICENSE PLATE AND HOME ADDRESS to some random email even after confirming my email address with me!!!!! HOW does that happen?!?!?!! And his attitude was “ya don’t know how that happened… anyways”. The manager I dealt with didn’t seem to care either!!!! And there was no explanation as to how my profile gets populated with an email address that I’ve NEVER associated with gets put into my profile… Lazy employees who don’t care about the job their doing, lose customers!!! BYE SCHILL!!!! I will never do business with you again!!!! *My response to Schills Response - the apologies don’t really change the fact that someone now has my personal information… So hopefully your company will do the right thing when I come in to cancel my insurance and not charge me the cancellation fee. That’s the ONLY thing that can be done to make up for the carelessness of your employee.

I've been dealing with this insurance company for years now and they have always provided the best service . I'm grateful they send out reminder calls so I could renew my insurance over the phone and online.

I wish I wrote down names to thank and name them. Too often people only take the time to do these when they are unhappy with the service. This can't be further from the truth. I was helped by two very professionally atired young women who were just so very pleasant to deal with. I have to say, it's been this way for years and every single Employee I've dealt with here has rocked. Thanks for being the best insurance broker out there. JB and Stryker
