There was a guy named Stephen who worked really hard for almost three years there and I would just like to appreciate his hard work
Gutinder is very helpful with patience and smile. Thank you.
THEY TRULY MAKE ICBC LOOK LIKE ANGELS My husband just came from this location a couple hours age and the lack of service and rudeness is beyond measure. The lady at the desk (April 24th 4:00pm) was extremely rude and lacked professionalism. On top of it all, she had given him the incorrect insurance papers, and had registered the lease equipment to him, when it was technically owned by the lease company. She literally gave him a brand new trailer free of encumbrances and insured it under his company name without registering the lease company of having any interest. My husband, after being reassured by her multiple times and her calling ICBC to confirm direction twice, still proceeded to provide coverage in the personal company name, and ommitted the lease company entirely. When asked for an email for the LD insurance dept contact for general info on insurance, he was given a card circled with the icbc website and was told that it was in fact an email address after pointing out that it was a website. You did not read that wrong, the level incompetency is beyond believable. So, husband, after attaining insurance plates for a brand new trailer free of encumbrances (lease) and now registered to his name... I forgot to mention, all this occurred while never once showing ID or Incorporation documents to which the trailer was eventually registered. He then arranges to drive to the trailer shop to meet the owner and delivery driver to put the plates on and have over the proof of insurance. Low and behold, husband was correct about the LD rep (Hardeep) being incorrect. However, with her being as aggressively rude and adamant that she wasn't, cost my husband the following, costs to register incorrect insurance 2 hours at LD in total 1 hour on hold with customer service before eventually giving up 1 hour return visit to fix Hardeeps errors, where she refused to and closed the shop. $425 Delivery Driver fees $2000 missed pre-scheduled exterior job saturday morning Who pays for it LD? The customers, and small business owners who've supported you throughout the years. I've reached out today many times to have this corrected for tomorrow morning with no correspondence back. I'm certain there are many insurance rules broken here, and my next write up wont be to the deaf ears at LD, but the Insurance Council of BC. My Husband and Myself then arrive back at the LD insurance in South Surrey to see Hardeep and he advised her of the error and stated "Brokers arent able to give advice, you have to call ICBC" as to why the papers are wrong. She tried to pass the buck, and then agreed she would fix it, but not tonight, she would do it tomorrow morning as she wanted or had to go home. We explained the situation of the costs and job scheduled for tomorrow and she did not care. We spoke to The store Manager, Santiago, he wasn't able to provide any help other than the managers card. I called CSR after hours, I now have a screenshot of me being on hold for over an hour before giving up. Please stay away from this place, go anywhere but here. THEY TRULY MAKE ICBC LOOK LIKE ANGELS
Hi Gurinder, You are awesome in your customer service. Thanks
I went in to buy car insurance and a woman was talking on the phone. She wouldn't get off the phone. She then made some nasty gesture for me to sit down as if she was doing me a favor. This woman should have been fired on the spot yet instead the london drugs management did nothing to her. I left and went to another place that was much better. This is the worst insurance place I've ever been to.
