My experience with Raman was amazing, she was very helpful and amazing. She helped me to understand a lot of things within ICBC and she was patient with my question.Also got my home insurance from her . I have personally dealt with Josie Silvestre over the years and her service is par excellence, very professional, knowledgeable, intelligent and yet very pleasant to discuss things in great detail; excellent customer-oriented individual. My recent encounter with Josie was just this month actually - she thinks and acts fast and I should say, she pays attention to important matters and acts with solution in a very timely fashion.
