Scott has us completely taken care of. Even helped us with specialty insurance for our dog business that includes coverage for the pets in our care. Edit- we just moved into a bigger building and Scott came and toured to make sure we are properly insured. We feel taken care of here.

We use this company for our house insurance. Scott is fast to respond and has provided education along with great coverage. Highly recommend. UPDATE. Was in Ontario and need to rent a car. I had no idea you needed special insurance in Ontario! Called Scott and he emailed me the needed forms while still on the phone. Obviously this team as AAA when it comes to customer servicel

They’ll shark a young person without batting an eye. New to renting. Needed insurance. Asked if they had anything per term specifically because I knew I would only need for a year. I only wanted to be insured for a year. Told the guy this clearly and he told me they had policies that were for only a year. He left out the part that they auto renew themselves once the term is up. So I ended paying insurance for an additional year for a place I didn’t even live in anymore. I would’ve kept paying if I didn’t loose my credit card. They then asked me to pay for the month I missed and the month that I was cancelling on and then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to insure with them in my new place. Completely unapologetic about the situation. It’s partially my responsibility however I’d be less upset if I wasn’t given something that looked like what I was asking for but wasn’t. I was told this is exactly what I wanted. It had an expiry date right on it!!! But that didn’t mean what I thought it did. It’s completely misleading and the man I spoke to never made it clear even though I was very specific about not wanting to extend or pay for renters insurance beyond one year. As a young guy starting a career and in times of huge adversity. That money, however little it was, would better be used elsewhere like paying off student loans. But instead I got sharked for not understanding completely how this all works. That was the whole point of going in person. So someone could make these things clear. They did not. Instead I was sold a package that they said is exactly what I was looking for but it wasn’t. If you’re going to go with them. Make sure you get all the details because if there’s something you don’t understand that ends up costing you more money than you wanted to spend they aren’t going to give care. They also had the original review pulled. You can keep trying to hide it away. I'll repost it as many times as it takes to stick.
