Very poor service. Staff member Jana Gross. I didn't even see in person. Didn't inform me that I pay for damages for both vehicles. I always had to either email her or ty & call with questions. Ugh! Needs better training!

I really have hard time to understand mpi at salvage department employers are public servers. I talk to some of them when i buy a salvage vehicle and They are very rude and arrogant with zero humble attitude. It is really sad. someone should follow up and do something. It is just a common sense to be polite to talk to someone on the other side of the phone.

Called about information regarding class 3 and Air. Got the specific department after 15 minutes. Sounded like the person was guessing and didn't offer any real information other than how to contact their website. I left the conversation just as lost as when I started. Basically they told me to call someone else. When I went to the insurance company. They basically didn't know anything either.

Went to the office to discuss my existing claim. Didn't have to wait very long to talk to a claims agent. Waiting now for results. Very friendly staff.

Unfortunately I had to make a wildlife claim recently. Try getting in touch or getting a response from your adjuster. Good luck. We pay good money for car insurance but the service you get at MPI is terrible. There’s a backlog because they were on strike for how long and now we have to deal with it. Makes no sense. Wish the government would do away with them and allow competition.
