Came here for my autopac, and the moment I walked in the door I was greeted kindly by the receptionist. Dani was the advisor who helped me with my autopac. She was a great communicator and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going here again - I would highly recommend!!

Ashley Brown reviewed my house insurance with me today. My increase in premium appeared to be excessive and she called Intact and asked the individual if I was getting my claims free discount applied to my policy. She was able to get my premium reduced by a sizable amount. Thanks Ashley!

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff! I just moved from out of province and went to this location to setup home insurance and change over my drivers license and vehicle registration. Since Manitoba operates differently than Alberta I was quite confused. But Chandra, Deb and Evan were all super helpful and each of them took the time to thoroughly walk me through my options and answered all of my questions. It made the whole process so easy and I’ll definitely continue coming back.

I went to another place yesterday to get an id card for my kid and they told me I didn’t have the right papers. But they didn’t tell me what else I could do without a photo. Kid doesn’t have passport. So I came here to explain I need the ID card because my kid doesn’t have photo id. Jody took the time to explain what a guarantee document is and that I can get my kids doctor or dentist to sign it and that it counts as a photo. She gave me a copy of it. Why the other place couldn’t do that is absurd. I was in and out with the right papers and can come back soon to get the card. I’ll come back here and thank Jody again.
