This business has some positives, but I'm giving 2 stars for not being disability friendly. I have cognitive impairment from a brain injury, and im a full-time student. It's very rare that I don't have enough money in my account at the end of the month, but being focused on my studies and my child, it slipped my mind to check my account come withdraw time as I dont have a concept of time. It's a hit already to get an NFS fee from my bank but this time a representative calls me and says I have to pay my whole policy amount plus a 40 dollar nsf fee totalling like 300 dollars. I said no, and I'm going to an office to cancel tomorrow.
The best service in winnipeg. I went 2 weeks ago and Naginder didi helped me alot with my license and insurance renewal and also 2 months ago she helped me in getting hoke insurance with best prices. I would recomend everyone to visit this place for your license, home insurance, car insurance
Great service and staff that work with you to find the best product at fair and competitive prices. I learned that my elderly and disabled dad didn't report his new address correctly and it impacted his apartment insurance renewal. It's a condition of his lease agreement to have it in place and he almost lost his ability to renew, and his apartment! Pam and her team worked with the insurance provider on his file way more than they should have had to and made sure his insurance was in place. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and their compassion.
I came there 15 minutes before closing, and they didn't rush,in fact, they did a good job asking all the necessary questions that insurance agents need to.
My mom went here today and was there at 6:20pm but was told to go home to grab some papers and come back. She got back at 6:50pm and she was denied entry by one of the co-workers there because he had a chiropractor appointment. She drove 20mins back and forth just to be rejected at the door even though she was there before closing and the other employees said they were happy to help her. As everyone knows, insurance renewal is very time sensitive, the co-worker could have just told her that she wouldn't have enough time when she got and that she should go elsewhere. This was a very stressful situation for my mom and we will never be going back.
