I had a great experience talking with Ian on the phone regarding my out-of-province rental car coverage. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. It was last last-minute phone call as I had forgotten to get coverage in person so I was a bit stressed but Ian took care of it and made the whole process super easy. I got my coverage sent to my email within a few minutes after the transaction was completed. Highly recommended.

What an awful experience with multiple staff at this location and other Wyatt Dowling locations. I can't believe the run around I got and how many times I was transfered to people or given a response that had nothing to do with what I was asking/ looking for. They provide great service when it's a new situation. Anything beyond that is apparently impossible for anyone to deal with.

My family and I have had the pleasure to deal with Daria. She was extremely helpful, professional, and very pleasant to communicate with. Daria is a great example of excellent customer service.
