I have been going to see Jennifer Lie for over 5 years with my house insurance. She is very professional, on time and up today with the insurance policies. She takes her time explaining my house insurance options and offers her experience to make changes in the plan for a good rate. I got my mom to switch her insurance broker to go to Jennifer and now my daughter (first time home owner). I would highly recommend getting a meeting with Jennifer.

Not busy at all and still making customers wait. After that they give or find reason to refuse work. Been there couple of times but didn’t work out for me. Just a block away there is an another place that’s always busy and good service.

I got a notice to renew my house insurance, which I pay monthly. They made the revisions I requested, then didn't hear from them for almost a month. They didn't renew my monthly payment, and did not contact me about a payment method until it was overdue. They're completely unorganized and I will not be using this broker again.
