Visited to switch to a Manitoba Licence and worked with Loretta. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was done really fast! Would highly recommend this location!
Always closes a few minutes early, makes no sense... why make your hours 6pm if you close at 5:50 or 5:55pm, get here as quick as I can after work and doors are locked before they should technically be closed. Needing help with something that takes about 2 minutes but clearly employees are more worried about they're own free time instead of staying open till the hours they should be.
Popped in to this branch to discuss/get answers to a complicated insurance situation. I had dealt with Tracy at the St Anne’s location and was hopeful that I’d be dealing with someone with her level of expertise. Imagine my surprise when I found out she was now working at this location!! Although I didn’t have an appointment, she made time to discuss my concern with me and I walked away feeling well informed. I simply can’t say enough about the wonderful staff. Tracy and the lovely lady at the front desk went above and beyond for me. I will continue to recommend this team confidently.
After waiting for this branch to call me back regarding an urgent and difficult issue, an exceptionally rude advisor answered the phone and curtly told me she tried calling me back and left me a message. I have been waiting for a call for more than 2 hours staring at my phone. No one from the branch attempted to call me back and no one left me a message. The broker who answered the phone was being 100 percent dishonest about trying calling me back and after I told her that her suggestion that she tried to call me back is absolutely untrue, she hung up on me. Please also read my review regarding the Wyatt Dowling Sage Creek which describes the reason this branch became involved. I strongly advise against dealing with this irresponsible company and its irresponsible staff.
Horrible experience. People don’t know what they are doing and waste your time.
