If I could do zero stars I would. Arshdeep didn’t impress me when she had a grin on her face knowing that me and the other party were trying to figure out a solution to our TOD issues and after asking her if there was anything she could do to assist us, she just simply said with a grin on her face not I need to listen to the rules. I’m all for rules, they help with fraudulent documents but the fact that she had a grin on her face is so unprofessional. Just shows that she was enjoying the fact that we were in a predicament. I honestly will never go back. Update: went to a completely different agency with the same documents and said are these document good or do I need to rewrite and start fresh. Lady said “no all looks good.” So I’ll never recommend this place. Drive elsewhere cause they like making things difficult out of pleasure. Must be the kind of power she feels.

The Sage Creek branch over the long weekend had exceptionally long wait times. There was only 1 person helping customers while the 2nd person was apparently on lunch break. After an hour of patiently waiting the 2nd person was clearly still not returning to work (I inquired) to receive a reply that their lunch break was ending in another half hour!! During this lenghty wait several customers arrived and immediately left as they could see the long wait time. I ended up leaving also to the competition accross the street and I was in and out in 3 minutes max, they had 2 people working! Not sure why Wyatt had only 1 person working while the other was in the back room and had emerged a couple of times only to go back in and continue her lengthy lunch break. I guess customer service is not important.

Prabhjot Tiwana was incredibly helpful and super competent. She went above and beyond. She actually did tasks that we were told by others was not possible. She is a gem. Thanks WDI !

My girlfriend and I went to exchange our driver licenses,Navkamal Kaur help us and she was so helpful, patience and kind, really good service that’s why I took some time to write this.

We've had several home insurance, boat insurance, and car insurance policies with this branch, the customer service is very poor and wait lines are very long. I recently made 5 phone calls to the branch to pay my boat renewal policy, each and every time I get put on hold saying an advisor will be with me shortly, then I get a message 15 minutes later that everyone is busy and to call back later. Very frustrating service, I would recommend you hire more agents.
