Needed house insurance on our mobile home. Was told "no problem" from Jordy R. Initially had good communication, then nothing. Emailed back after 3 weeks, and was told there was a challenge but could I call in with more details. Did so, and now it's been another month. I can appreciate a mobile home being a challenge to insure. However, your competitors gathered my info and had a quote for me with 48hrs. Highly unprofessional to leave a client high and dry with no reply for a month after first waiting 3 weeks. After all the promises about better service, and this business being run by a small tight group, like a family, I might suggest you are a dysfunctional family that could serve your clients better. If there exists no option for insurance, then replying back with that intel is the bare minimum you could and should do.

Very very poor service. Agent will put in effort to get your business, then the ball gets dropped repeatedly with no improvement. They even forgot to renew my automatic house coverage, telling me it was no problem once they figured it out. Another time forgot how to process my payment on file. I only get responses after a few contacts.

From the bottom of my heart, please go to a different insurance broker. Lake view insurance has the worst customer service. My shop got broke in 2 years ago, I haven’t received any of my claim yet. I paid for the door out of my own pocket because the company they hired show up to my shop and ask for money. Meanwhile the case is not is even closed. They literally doesn’t care about your business. They take your money out of your bank account on time every month but when thing happens they’re not gonna respond you back. please do not come here!!! I’ll spread this to all over social media as much as i can because this is not fair and unprofessional!!!!

I recently stopped by to arrange auto insurance and registration on behalf of a family member working out of province, and the team was awesome. They had the knowledge and patience to get me set up with everything I needed despite the varying provincial rules making several extra steps necessary. I would 100% recommend Lakeview to friends and family.
