Had a payment sent via e Transfer in September which in turn was not remitted to the Insurance provider... Called to discuss and was put through to Carissa,personal insurance advisor and what an amazing young lady and a true assett to this office who have had serious issues with their customer service. She apologized profusely for the error and assured me it would be rectified Monday morning. I had previously requested transfer to One Insurance on Henderson Hwy and that had not been completed by this office either, but after talking to Carissa, I'm willing to give this office benefit of the doubt that their service will improve. Thank you Carissa for your amazing customer service....

The reviews aren't lying! Go anywhere but NOT the Oakbank location. The entire front staff needs to take a course on customer service. Very rude and will not work with you even though you were first told by their front end staff everything was correct! They will find literally the littlest thing wrong and not help you. Drove 10 minutes and found a place that was helpful. Isn't helping customers what gets you paid? I've put in my complaint with MPI.

Absolutely worst experience ever, and not for the first time either! If I had gone with their “advise” which was completely incorrect I would have ended up with a literally 200% higher bill. And when I pointed that out they were rude and tried to make me look like a fool. The convenience of being located in Oakbank is not enough to ever make me go back there. The 10 min drive to Winnipeg is well worth it!
