I recently visited Wyatt Dowling to update my address on my driver's license. Ashik from their team assisted me during this visit, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the process. Ashik also checked the details of our car and noticed that the color was incorrectly listed as grey instead of black. He promptly helped us correct this mistake. Additionally, he assisted us in upgrading our insurance from pleasure use to regular use. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the QR code for feedback wasn't working, so I'm leaving my feedback here. Thank you, Ashik, and the Wyatt Dowling team, for the excellent service! P. S. - Please give Ashik a raise. Wow! Unbelievable customer service starting straight from the first step in the door. Gentleman at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Even got me a glass of water! I had just come from Hub, which was a total mess. Will gladly recommend Wyatt Dowling in the future. - quick edit - Mark is the name of the gentleman and he's absolutely fantastic.

Went in for a peeling license plate. Got new registration with new plate number and plates and left. Luckily my husband is listed as the secondary owner got a letter from MPI saying that the insurance was cancelled on my vehicle a week later. That could have been a seriously costly mistake!! If employees don’t know how to swap out plates they shouldn’t be touching peoples accounts. This should have never happened.
